PROCESSING

All orders are processed + shipped within 10 business days. This time period does not include delivery. Delivery of your items can take an additional 2-7 business days (depending on your delivery destination) after items have been shipped. Business days include Monday - Friday, and do not include holidays.

Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. At this time, we are limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed.

If you need a hand, please email contactus@merakinoir.com with your order number followed by the request in the subject line, and we'll try our best to help, for example:

  • Order #9999 - Address Change
  • Order #9999- Cancel Order

Please note: Once orders have been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated at checkout and determined by weight of item(s) and delivery destination.

Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times typically range 2-7 business days, depending on shipping method & delivery destination.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created. 

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently only ship domestically. We hope to ship to additional countries shortly!

EXCHANGES + RETURNS

If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your Meraki Noir Home Fragrance products, we would love to help make that right! Please contact our Customer Care team at contactus@merakinoir.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started. We require a proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, etc.).

Items must be unused in brand new condition to be eligible for a return.

So that we can better assist you, please include your order number followed by the request in the subject line, for example:

  • Order #9999 - Exchange Request
  • Order #9999 - Return Request
If you're experiencing an issue with one of our products, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos with a detailed description in your email so that our team can determine how to best provide a resolution.

NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition/vault release items, or gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
